Powers:
Poison- drains strength rapidly (no known anti-venom yet as he is a new species, it's similar to scorpion venom so there is a comparison) his poison can be launched in a 30 foot stream he can use it in this method six times an hour, his poison is a neurotoxin that targets muscle coordination eventually leading to temporary paralysis if you are hit twice. At six times your heart stops, he rarely bites more than once as it takes the fun out of the hunt. He can use it by biting 100 times in a day but can spray it only ten times in a day.
Adaptive - Tiberius was designed to be the ultimate destroyer over an eon ago by a brilliant genetic engineer Malan'tai. His body is made in such a way that it compensates for the cause of his death. His body is designed to regenerate itself and adapt and overcome whatever just killed him. Thus he only becomes stronger every time he fights someone. He only adapts after death, meaning if something doesn't kill him he won't adapt to it.
Ixoran strength - in order to move his body around and due to the pneumatic . his strength is similar to an ant he is able to lift and carry without straining 90 tons.
Regeneration - Tiberius can regenerate from any injury and even atomization the more grevious the injury the longer it takes, atomization would require 24 hours to reform. Losing an arm would cost him about a minute.

Tiberius's origin is something that has many races confused, one day he didn't exist and the next he was wiping out worlds. Tiberius was created by the genetic engineer Malan'tai after the destruction of their home world. They haven't done much besides wander the galaxy and destroy planets. Tiberius doesn't have much of his own history he just does &#$@ Malan'tai tells him because in his eyes Malan'tai is god.
